Influence the Laser Pulse Energy on the Electrical Properties of Cu2O Nanoparticles Prepared by Laser Induce Plasma
Copper oxide films (Cu2O) were produced in vacuum using laser ablation with a Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm. The electrical characteristics of nanoparticles were studied as a function of laser pulse energy ranging from 600 to 900 mJ and annealing temperatures of (473,573 and 673)k. The electrical mobility, carrier concentration, conductivity, and majority of electrical carriers were all determined using the Hall Effect method.
