Response time and throughput are two measures that can be used to evaluate the distributed network’s performance. The computing nodes in the local dispersed network will have their own storage, computation capacity, and resource availability limitations, lowering the network’s performance. The local distributed network will handle the smallest number of requests possible. With the introduction of the internet and expanding technological capacity, the number of users using the network is rapidly increasing, and their needs are also changing. As a result, the thread model is used in this study article. The same number of tasks have been taken and run on the hybrid cloud, enabling dynamic provisioning extending the resources of the private cloud to meet Quality of Service, to handle dynamic changes in the user load on the distributed network using Amazon EC2 provisioning and resource management configuration.
