Evolution of Training Methodology in the Era of Software Technologies

This paper checks the evolution of preparation methods and allure historical framework. The paper highlights the big changes and innovations that have formed the training methods and discusses the suggestions of these changes for the future of knowledge and development. The purpose of the research search out identify the acts and functions of the teacher and the pupil under conditions of the new example in the learning process of adjusting e-Learning. The problem we investigate in the paper concerns a paradigm shift in education from a bipolar process to a tripolar process. Adaptive e-Learning is a new stage in the development of the learning process, place adaptation is completed between issues (trainers and learners) and objects (software wholes). In adaptive e-Learning atmospheres, the software scheme that assists and replaces constituent the functions of the training educator takes on an more important part. The role of the instructor has been raised to a higher administrative, pedagogical and organized level. The paper outlines these trends by checking learning approaches from a up-to-date perspective, acts and functions of the teacher in e-Learning surroundings, roles and functions of the graduate in an e-Environment, models of learning and the traits of adaptivity and adaptability e-Learning Systems.
