Convenient Synthesis of Orixiarine: Pharmacological and Biological Perspectives
Due to their extensive range of biological roles and high degree of pharmacological efficacy, quinoline alkaloids are a significant family of heterocyclic chemicals. N-methylaniline and 1-bromo-3-methyl-2-butanone were used to create an elegant and complete synthesis of the quinoline alkaloid orixiarine. This study paves the way for the production of fresher orixiarine derivatives for inquiry in a variety of upcoming biological investigations.
