Cochran v. City of Atlanta: Assessing the Relationship between Religious Liberty and Freedom of Speech

In the context of the United States Constitution, this study examines the link between religious liberty and freedom of speech. The paper argues that the recent tendency of subsuming religious liberty within a broader freedom of expressive speech risks eroding the protections granted to the right of religious liberty, using the federal case of Cochran V. City of Atlanta as a springboard.
