Due to the surge in housing, industrial, and public infrastructure needs, farmland has been in trouble. On the other hand, the global population continues to rise, and agriculture is responsible for food production. In that circumstance, agricultural mechanisation begins. As a result, the study will assess a broader picture of the determinants and barriers influencing rice-paddy farmer production factors before and after the farmer empowerment law was established, as well as explore the potential endogeneity of covariates in a household-level dataset. Using national farm household-level survey data from farmers in the five leading paddy rice producers from 2010 and 2016. Paddy-rice farming technology has enhanced agricultural production, according to the findings. Technology was viewed as endogenous, and age and training programmes were treated as additional technology instruments. Our findings demonstrate that older farmers (those over 60 years old) are less likely to employ current technology, and that training programmes are statistically significant in the farming industry.
