Along with working periodontal health, beautiful demand is increasing among cases. Creating a perfect smile through periodontal flexible procedures or multidisciplinary approaches including orthodontic, restorative, and prosthetic concentration is a real challenge in beautiful dentistry. “Black triangle” is one of the prevalent causes that can compromise esthetic. Black trio is open gingival embrasure cervical to interproximal contact. Its presence grant permission also cause question in phonetic and memory of food debris. This item discusses the description, causes, classification, prevalence, and differing approaches in handling the case of angry triangle.
